- These were Mikol Jowyk, Brianna Foy, and Michelle Veltung.
- Mikol and Michelle would then both go on to win these respective titles and make it to the finals for Mr. Fanon Survivor and Miss Fanon Survivor.
- However, Mikol would then lose the title of Mr. Fanon Survivor to Pete Barryman of Survivor: Bora Bora, while Michelle won the title of Miss Fanon Survivor 2018.
