Lies Keep Us Together is the 4th episode of Survivor: Nevada Mountains.

Challenges[]

Reward Challenge: Snake Transport
Each tribe would get a crate in which ten snakes were located. One by one, the tribe members had to get the snakes from the crate through an obstacle course and into another crate at the end. First tribe to get all ten snakes in their crate wins.
Reward: Rob
Winner: Shoshonne

Immunity Challenge: Firemaking
Each tribe would pick 2 contestants to solve a puzzle which would give access to a heavy crate, which 4 other contestants had to transport to the last contestant who had to use the materials inside the crate to get fire. First tribe to get fire wins.
Reward: Immunity.
Winner: Table.

Day 10[]

Morey Peak[]

Rob had just achieved a note, telling him to pack his stuff and get ready to enter the game.

“	I'm excited. I've survived over a week by myself and you have no idea how much I want to talk to people right now. Besides that, I have three imunnity idols. I'm sure to make it to the merge, 'cus no way I'm sharing them. Here we go!	”

Table Mountain[]

Gertha was angry. She had been lied to, and wanted to confront Gloria with it.

Gertha: You don't get why I'm mad? You told me everyone voted Zeuia, why are you lying to me?
Gloria: I didn't lie. I just told you...
Gertha: No, you straight up lied. You told me that people voted Zeuia.
Bobby: It was wrong of Gloria to lie, sure, but to be fair, Earl was actually supposed to tell you that we voted Beth.
Gloria: So you just wanted to leave me alone? Am I the next one to go?
Bobby: No, of course not.
Gloria: Tell me the truth. Are you planning to vote me out?
Bobby: It's not like that, Gloria.
Gloria: Right...

“	I know they want me gone. But I'll show them what I'm good for. The next challenges, we're going to win. I'll make sure.	”
–Gloria

Shoshone Mountain[]

The mood on Shoshone was good. Everyone were preparing for the challenge. Samson pulled Trenton aside again.

Samson: You haven't talked to anyone about... you know... voting me out?
Trenton: No, why'd you think that?
Samson: It's just that you guys haven't really talked strategy with me so I figured we'd...
Trenton: Dude, we won the last two immunity challenges and I'm sure we'll win this one too. We haven't talked strategy because we didn't need to.
Samson: Right, right.

“	I have no idea if he's lying to me. I hope not. I want to win this.	”
–Samson

“	Samson worries too much. It's getting frustrating.	”
–Trenton

Challenge[]

As the two tribes arrived, Jeff was standing by an obstacle course, crates on each end.

Jeff: Welcome. In this challenge, you will transport the ten snakes in these crates to the end of the obstacle course. Everyone has to get through. The team first getting all their snakes in the crates wins. Does everyone understand?
Everyone: Yes.
Jeff: The reward for winning is this guy, Rob. He has been living for himself the past week.

The tribes got ready. The first to go were Gertha for Table and Kacee for Shoshone. Gertha got through without troubles, but Kacee were panicking multiple times.
Earl, Gene and Bobby got through without any problems. So did Al, Marcus, Trenton and Nellie for Shoshone.
However, Gloria had trouble and dropped the snake multiple times, allowing the slow Lysander to get his snake to the end.
While Gloria was still struggling, both Brown and Samson managed to get through and Shoshone only needed to get two more snakes down there.
In the end, Gloria managed to get the snake into the crate, and Cameron got his snake down rather quick. Zeuia got his down as well, but too late. Helle had her snake down, which was the last one for Shoshone. This made Shoshone win.

Jeff: Congratulations, Shoshone. First reward challenge. Take Rob with you back, welcome him. I'll see you all tomorrow.

Day 11[]

Table Mountain[]

“	Gloria was terrible in that challenge. If it hadn't been for her, we would have won.	”
–Zeuia

“	I don't know if it was anyone's fault. I'll admit I was a bit slow, but I don't know... Gloria had a bit of struggle too, but... no, I don't think it was anyone's fault.	”
–Earl

Shoshone Mountain[]

On Shoshone, Rob was still getting used to his new tribe. He was sitting by the fire with Brown, Lysander and Helle, preparing the food.

Rob: So you're guys in charge of the food here, huh?
Lysander: I'm usually not, but we just help where help is needed.
Rob: Right.
Helle: You don't have anything with you? I mean, we won you and that's great, but we're all very hungry.
Rob: Not besides the rice I gave you yesterday. Well, I do have three immunity idols, but I'm saving those for myself.
Lysander: You have three idols?
Rob: Yeah. That was my reward for surviving by myself.
Lysander: I could do that too. You've been lucky.
Rob: I'm not complaining.

“	I don't trust Rob. First chance I get, he's out.	”
–Brown

“	Rob is lucky sure, but that's not a fair way to win.	”
–Lysander

“	He seems nice, but maybe he should go quiet with these idols... I don't know.	”
–Helle

“	Might as well get it out there. I have three idols and ain't sharing them. Deal with it.	”
–Rob

Challenge[]

As the two tribes arrived, Jeff was standing by an obstacle course, crates on each end.

Jeff: Welcome. In this challenge, two members from each tribe will solve a puzzle, giving access to a heavy crate. Four other tribe members will transport it to the last tribe member who will use the materials inside the crate to get fire. The first team to get fire, wins. Does everyone understand?
Everyone: Yes.
Jeff: Shoshone, you have to sit out 3 tribe members. Who will that be?
Lysander: Me, Brown and Kacee.

For Table, Zeuia and Gloria was solving the puzzle. For Shoshone, it was Helle and Nellie.
Zeuia disagreed with most things Gloria said, but Gloria managed to solve the puzzle by herself.
Helle and Nellie were struggling, but got it solved a bit after Table.
The others got the crate to Bobby, for Table, and Samson, for Shoshone.
Samson took his time, while Bobby rushed it. In the end, Bobby got fire first, and won for Table.

Jeff: Shoshone, I will see you guys in council tomorrow. Table, congratulations. Good job.

Table Mountain[]

The mood in Table was good, but Zeuia and Gloria was still arguing. Zeuia meant that he was right, despite Gloria solving the puzzle.

Gloria: How can that be right? I made it, so what you're saying makes no sense.
Earl: Hey, guys, come on. We won, why does it matter?
Gloria: It doesn't.
Zeuia: You are not thinking about this the right way. You have to...
Gloria: Am I not thinking the right way? What sh*t is that to say?

“	To be honest, it seems a little childish for two grown people to argue like that.	”
–Earl

Day 12[]

Shoshone Mountain[]

Lysander, Al, Trenton, Marcus and Samson were by themselves, talking about who to vote out.

Trenton: I want to put my vote on Rob, but he's gonna use his idol. We can't loose Nellie, she's strong. So it's Brown, Helle or Kacee.
Samson: Brown is weak.
Al: So is Helle and Kacee.
Samson: Well...

“	I like Helle, and I wouldn't want to vote her out. But if the other guys vote for her, I will too. That's the game, I guess.	”
–Samson

Elsewhere, the girls were trying to convince Rob to stick with them.

Nellie: The guys wont vote with you, they want you gone. So we're thinking we could get rid of Lysander with your help.
Rob: Right, right... yeah, sounds good.
Nellie: Really? Just like that?
Rob: Yeah, just like that. Seems like a good idea.
Nellie: Yeah, okay.

“	Me, Helle, Brown, Kacee, Rob. That's five... we need one more, then the girls are taking over.	”
–Nellie

Council[]

At the council, the first thing they were told to do, was to light a torch and set it behind them. They did that, and then Jeff began talking.

Jeff: Welcome to council. Rob, how do you like your new tribe?
Rob: It's great. Nice people.
Jeff: And Marcus, how do you like your new tribe member?
Marcus: Eh... Rob is nice, but those idols. They're making us a bit worried.
Jeff: Why?
Marcus: We don't think that's a fair way to win this. That's all.
Jeff: Rob, do you want to use an idol in this council?
Rob: Yes.
Jeff: All right. One by one, you go up and write the name on the person you want out of Survivor. You have to vote, you can't vote for yourself. You can't vote for Rob, as he has an immunity idol. In case of tie, it will be settled by duel. Kacee, you're up.

One by one, they all went up and wrote the names on the people they wanted out. After everyone had voted, Jeff got the urn and began revealing the notes.
He kept turning the votes until there was 4 on Lysander and 5 on Kacee.

Jeff: That means there is one vote left. If that vote is on you or someone else, Kacee, you're out. If it's on Lysander, the two of you will be in a duel. The last vote is on... Al. That means, Kacee, you're out of Survivor. Take your torch, get up here.

Kacee got up and got her torch. Jeff put it out with the words 'the tribe has spoken'.
