Kendra Valentine is a contestant from Survivor: Grenada- Temptations and Survivor: Lombok - Fan Favourites.
In Grenada, although Kendra displayed some strategic awareness, which included flipping on Moses Henderson to save herself at the swap and successfully predicting the alliance would target Shivani Chandra at the Final Eight, her game was dominated by constant and extreme emotional meltdowns, even threatening to kill herself if she got voted out on Day Eight. Her meltdowns made her several enemies on the jury and deterred people from working with her. Despite this, Kendra made it deep in the game but was severely disadvantaged after being emotionally manipulated by Samantha Langrick numerous times. When the game was revealed to be a final two, Kendra's goat status and being the last one left from her alliance made her a target. She was voted out on Day 37, for fear that she would take a Final Two spot.
Despite wanting to be a different, less emotional person while returning for Lombok, Kendra's trust issues quickly resulted in her becoming emotional once again. This resulted in frequent conflicts with her alliance members as she often put her needs over the greater good, including preventing them from throwing a challenge to get rid of Anastacia Greenwood before the merge so she could settle a grudge with Samantha Langrick. After discovering she was being lied to by every member of the group, she turned on them to eliminate Jacob Chapman shortly after the merge. It was then she began to realise the error of her ways and sought to play more strategically. While this saved her alliance and led to her making a big move with a new group, she soon began to over-strategise and started targeting people within her alliance and changing her votes on the fly. This caused everyone to lose trust in her and she was unanimously eliminated.

If You Could Have Three Things on an Island What Would They Be and Why: 1) My makeup so I could keep up appearance. I was gonna say “stay beautiful” but I already am beautiful, so… 2) My cats! I adore them and they’d love it out there. 3) Clean, running water so I could take a shower. The last thing I want is to start smelling awful.

Battling her mental demons on National TV was a huge slap in the face for Kendra, who has spent the time since Grenada getting her mental health in order and removing toxic people from her life. With new friends, particularly fellow Lombok castaway Adrian Redford, and a new outlook on life, Kendra is eager to return to Survivor and show her fans a stronger, more aggressive, player. Kendra's main goals in the game are to stand up for herself, earn enough respect to get people to listen to her, and never allow herself to be manipulated like she was in Grenada. Most importantly, she wants to look back on her game with pride. Being much healthier mentally, Kendra has also promised not to hold any grudges and make herself more open to being worked with, although is aware her previous reputation will be hard to change. Despite all the changes in her personal life, however, she still wears her heart on her sleeve and isn't afraid to give people an old-fashioned serve of explosive rage... but only when they deserve it, of course.
